Otish Uranium Exploration Project Update
Toronto, December 16, 2008 LEXAM EXPLORATIONS INC. (TSX-V:LEX/ OTC:LEXEF/ Frankfurt:D2Q) and its partner Golden Valley Mines Ltd. (TSX-V: GZZ) are pleased to announce that their drilling program has successfully intersected additional near surface uranium mineralization at the Otish Uranium Project, located in north-central Québec, Canada. The best result graded 0.051% U3O8 over 2.64 m, including a higher grade section assaying 0.138% U3O8 over 0.12 m in hole GRCO-08-22.

Toronto, November 3, 2008, LEXAM EXPLORATIONS INC. (TSX-V:LEX /OTC:LEXEF / Frankfurt:D2Q) and its partner, Golden Valley Mines (TSX-V:GZZ), are pleased to announce that their drilling program has intersected high-grade, near surface, uranium mineralization at the Otish Uranium Project, located in north-central Québec, Canada. The best intercept returned 0.42% U3O8 over 2.4 m (meters), including 1.63% U3O8 over 0.6 m and including, 2.02% U3O8 over 0.4 m.

FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT REACHED FOR BACA PROJECT
Toronto, October 22, 2008 LEXAM EXPLORATIONS INC. (TSX-V:LEX /OTC:LEXEF/ Frankfurt:D2Q) is pleased to announce that the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for Lexam’s Baca Project located in south-central Colorado. The USFWS’ decision was reached based on the results of an Environmental Assessment (EA) conducted by the Service under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The USFWS environmental review process
lasted 15 months and involved extensive public meetings, participation, and comment by all interested parties. This decision by the USFWS is the final approval required before Lexam can move forward with its planned exploration for oil and gas. Results include 0.28% Uranium over 2.1 m (6.9 ft), including 0.34% Uranium over 1.4 meters (4.6 ft), at the Otish Uranium Project in north-central, Québec, Canada.
