Lexam Explorations Inc. (ME: LEX) is pleased to announce the sale of its 40% interest in its mineral leases located in the Hope Bay Greenstone Belt of Nunavut to Cambiex Explorations Inc. The consideration received was 1,750,000 shares of Cambiex .

U.S. $8 MILLION EXPLORATION AGREEMENT SIGNED TO TEST OIL AND GAS TARGETS
Lexam Explorations Inc. is pleased to announce today that it has signed an agreement with Hyperion Resources Corp. of Vancouver who intends to invest at least U.S. Eight Million Dollars (US$8,000,000) into the exploration of Lexam’s oil and gas rights in the San Luis Basin in Saguache County, Colorado.
